The Black Hollies

Psychedelic garage rockers The Black Hollies have reinvented their sound for their sophomore release Casting Shadows, available in digital stores March 11th. Getting inspiration from the likes of The Yardbirds and The Animals, The Black Hollies made a complete 180 from their days in NJ’s post punk Rye Coaltion. After leaking two tracks they gained national attention via a Dell television ad.

Currently on their multi- city tour, The Black Hollies had a chance to sit down with The Boston Globe while on a stop at the Abbey Lounge. ‘Globe describes their music as “drenched in a kaleidoscopic whirl of psychedelic imagery…”.
